Terms & Conditions

Price:
Prices are FOB and can be disclosed on request. Because prices are subject to change any time due to the prices change of raw materials and the currency exchange rates of USD. So, final invoice price may differ up to $0.15 plus minus.

Minimum Order:
Normally 100 pcs/pairs but we can consider for new customers.

Order Confirmation:
After identified the product and prices, confirmed the delivery dates and sample approved by customer ACCC will send the official order confirmation to make the payment.

Mode of Shipment:
DHL, UPS, BLUE DART or as per customer's choice. Shipment method is subject to change as per customer interest.

Mode of Payment:
Bank Transfer / TT, Western Union, Moneygram, Paypal is coming very soon.

Payment Terms: 100% advance payment & Courier Charge after received order confirmation.

Delivery Time:
Normally delivery time period is within 4 weeks. But, it will depend on the size of order; destination of shipment and shipping method.

Shipment Charge:
Shipping cost should be beard by the customer.

Freight:
Normally it is done by Air Courier. If the size is very high it also can be done by Air Cargo or Sea Cargo.

Packing:
Cardboard boxes, plastics and juts whatever are better.

Samples:
Paid samples are available on request. Customer will have to pay sample cost & courier cost before process it.

Currency:
Payments have to be done in USD. So, prices may affect by the recent currency rates.

Return Policy:
For Wholesale Purchase: Items once shipped is final. But, if there is any damage, replacement should be claim within 2 weeks. Damaged goods should be sent back to supplier with the cost of customer. Replacement will be forwarded after received the damaged goods.

 For Retail Purchase: If the customer is not satisfied with the product, he/seh may claim for the return for payment within 5 days of receipt. Only the value of item is refundable and shipping cost is not refundable. Supplier can't replace the goods for retail purchase or purchase less than 10 Pcs.

Payment Return:
Payment once made is final. We don’t’ return the same. If damage is claimed, we will replace the goods.
